Welcome to my home on the internet. I’m so glad you are here! My name is Cheree, author of “The Fitness Mindset“, which made it to #3 on the Kindle Best Seller List in the Fitness and Exercise category. This is book one in a series “Total Fitness: Get Fit, Stay Fit for Life!” In addition to writing, I’m a Beachbody coach, a certified personal trainer, a student of The Word, and a personal development junkie.
That hunk I’m posing with is none other than two-time Mr. Israel, Sagi Kalev. I absolutely love his Body Beast workout, and it is my current workout program as you can see in the column on the right. He is one of the most giving people I have had the privilege of meeting, and an incredible motivator. Very inspiring.
I believe that we all have a purpose, and that we can change the world by reaching our personal goals and helping others improve their lives in the process.

I write about my life, personal development, health and fitness, and God’s Word. I also occasionally write things that don’t fit neatly into any category, but have to do with just living life.
You can succeed in life, no matter what your past was like, no matter what circumstances you find yourself in now, no matter how old you are, or how much money you have (or don’t have!)… Our thoughts, our beliefs and our words control our circumstances… and by changing them, we can not only change our lives, but we can change the world.
You’d be hard-pressed to find someone busier than I am. Sometimes that’s a blessing, other times not so much. Part of the reason I stay so busy, and have my hands in so many things, is that I’m a firm believer in the promises of Deuteronomy 28. One of those promises is that God will bless the things I set my hands to (Deuteronomy 28:8). Now, of course, you have to use some wisdom with that. You can’t do just anything and expect God to bless it. It needs to be something that lines up with His Word.
On this site you will find information not only on diet and exercise, but also personal and spiritual development. My mission is to help you become the best “you” that you can be. I may write about some random topic every now and then, like what movie I watched, or what I did today. I may even spin off into an occasional political rant, although I usually keep those pretty much to my personal Facebook profile or my Twitter account. (Fair warning, if you follow me on Twitter, you WILL see political posts!)
My goal is to provide you with tools and information that you can use in your daily life. If you want to improve your health, fitness, or attitude, you have come to the right place.

I am a fitness and nutrition coach.
I am also a writer. I have other blogs on different subjects, and have written books on a variety of topics.
I have have a son, Nick, and way too many rescue dogs. We live in a semi-rural area of Arkansas surrounded by trees and wildlife.
In my spare time, I like to write, read, workout and do yard work. I am handy with a brush cutter, weed whacker and tractor. I am a member of the Russellville Christian Center where I have served on the projector and on the praise team for nine years.
